(A) The County Board of Commissioners establishes and designates the county ambulance
service as the county Emergency Medical Services, and shall appoint an Emergency Medical Service Administrator and/or Coordinator.
(B) The County Commissioners shall consider any recommendation of the Medical Service Council in the appointment of the Administrator or Coordinator, and in the personnel and operating budgets of the Emergency Medical Services.
(C) All funding for and receipts from the Emergency Medical Services shall be from the General Fund.
(D) The county shall furnish all visible attire and replacement as needed.
