§ 157.134  RESTRICTIONS ON TRANSFERABILITY.
   (A)   All variances of use are personal in nature and not transferable except by permission of the Board of Zoning Appeals. 
   (B)   A request for transfer shall be by petition as applying for any variance of use.
   (C)   Special exception of use shall be personal in nature and nontransferable.  Special exceptions regarding developmental standards will run with the land and are transferable.
