§ 32.073  PUBLIC DEFENDER BOARD.
   (A)   The county Public Defender Board is established for the purposes of providing legal representation to indigent defendants in extradition, criminal, probation revocation, civil commitments, child support, juvenile, and other proceedings where the right to counsel has been established by law.
   (B)   The Public Defender Board shall be governed by and operated in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 33-9-15-1 et seq.
   (C)   The reference in division (B) above to state statute shall mean the statute as amended from time to time, or any similar statutory provision that may supersede it relating to the same or similar subject matter.
