§ 157.080  EXISTING COMMERCIAL SIGNS; NON-CONFORMITY.
   Any legally established non-conforming sign shall be permitted without alteration in size or location.  If this type of sign is damaged, exceeding 60% of its replacement value, it shall not be rebuilt; provided, however, that nothing herein shall prevent the maintenance, repainting, or posting of legally established non-conforming signs.
