(A) Maintenance. All signs and sign structures shall be kept in repair and in proper state of preservation.
(B) Removal. Signs which are no longer functional, in disrepair, or are abandoned for more than 60 days, shall be removed within 30 days following notice of non-compliance, at the expense of the owner of the sign and/or property owner on which the sign is located. The company and/or owner shall be notified by certified mail.
