§ 157.061  RESTRICTED ZONE ALONG STREAMS AND FLOOD HAZARD AREAS.
   (A)   No structure other than a fence may be erected and, if erected in violation of this section, no other structure may be used, if the location of the structure is within 100 feet of the meander line of any stream shown on the zoning maps or within the flood hazard areas as shown on the maps prepared by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
   (B)   Within the areas covered by the restrictions imposed by division (A) above, no use is permitted other than the following, except upon application for an improvement location permit under §§ 157.115 through 157.118:
      (1)   Agricultural uses;
      (2)   Forestry;
      (3)   Public utilities; and
      (4)   Recreation.
   (C)   (1)   No structure, other than a fence, may be erected within 440 feet of any lake which has a legally established level, unless the lowest part of the finished floor structure is at least six feet above that legal lake level. 
      (2)   The legal levels of lakes in the county are available from the County Planner, the state Department of Natural Resources, or the U.S. Geologic Survey.
