§ 157.057  BUFFERING; SPECIAL USES.
   (A)   Some uses requiring a special exception shall either be fenced with a six-foot wire mesh fence, or screened with tight screen planting which shall attain at least six feet in height and three feet in width three years after installation.  Which uses require screening and, if required, whether it shall be a fence or natural screen planting, shall be at the discretion of the Commission.
   (B)   The following uses require fences, screens, or walls as indicated:
      (1)   Outdoor theater:  eight-foot painted board fence;
      (2)   Private swimming pool:  four-foot protective fence;
      (3)   Public or commercial dump, garbage, or disposal plant:  six-foot solid painted fence or natural screening; and
      (4)   Public or employee parking area (along the front line and other boundaries as the Commission considers necessary to protect residential property), except at approved entrances and exits:  four-foot masonry wall, six inches thick.
