Any area zoned industrial reserve, “IR”, may be used for additional industrial development based on overall surrounding development trends for further industrial development and expansion. This area is reserved for the possibility and potential of additional industrial use. It is not to be considered as actually industrial (“I”). In the event of industrial expansion, all regulations that apply to an industrial zone will apply to the “IR” zone, subject to any limitations as specified by the schedule of uses for “IR” zoned areas.
