Industrial districts designated “I” are areas established for existing or future industrial activities because of location, accessibility, and other conditions. In addition, these areas are neither offensive nor injurious to the surrounding areas by reason of emission or creation of noise, vibrations, smoke, dust, or other particulate matter, toxic or noxious materials, odors, fire, or explosive hazard, or glare or heat.
