If, in accordance with the provisions of the county Master Plan, changes are made in the district boundaries or other information portrayed on the official zoning maps, these changes shall be entered on the maps promptly after the change has been approved by the Board of Commissioners acting upon a recommendation of the Commission. No changes of any nature shall be made on the official zoning maps or other matter shown thereon except in conformity with the procedures as described in this chapter.
