(A) The County Board of Commissioners does create the E-911 Executive Board.
(B) The E-911 Executive Board shall consist of the County Sheriff, the Chief of Police of the City of LaPorte, and the Chief of Police of Michigan City.
(C) The Executive Board shall serve in concert with the E-911 Advisory Board.
(D) The Executive Board shall advise the Commissioners as well as the E-911 Advisory Board of issues relative to law enforcement in the operations of the E-911 Enhanced Emergency Telephone System.
(E) The Executive Board is created, among other things, for purposes of compliance with 240 I.A.C. 5-2-10.
