Site plan or scaled drawing submission and review are required to facilitate determination of whether the PUD proposal meets all applicable requirements and is in harmony with the purpose, intent, and spirit of this chapter. It will also enable county officials to encourage and assist a PUD developer to design and implement land use proposals which foster orderly, efficient, compatible, and aesthetic uses of land in the county.
