The applicant for any PUD plan shall submit the following information to the zoning official.
(A) A PUD site plan that meets the requirements of Chapter 153 shall be submitted.
(B) (1) The PUD site plan shall indicate the entire contiguous holdings of the petitioner or owner who wishes to develop the entire parcel or any part thereof, and shall include the area and use of the land adjacent to the parcel to be developed, which plan shall exhibit any unusual problems of topography, utility service, land usage, or land ownership.
(2) The plan shall also exhibit all existing and proposed structures, existing and proposed streets, open spaces, and other features as required by ordinance or the land development regulations.
(C) The applicant shall also submit: a statement of the development’s objectives and purposes to be served; economic feasibility; conformity to the plans and policies of the county; market needs; impact on public schools, utilities, and circulation facilities; impact on natural resources; impact on the general area and adjacent property; estimated cost; and a staging plan showing the general time schedule of and expected completion dates of the various elements of the plan.
(D) Any additional graphics or written materials requested by the Plan Commission to assist the Commission in visualizing and understanding the proposal shall also be submitted (such as work study model).
