(A) No more than 65% of the PUD site shall be occupied by buildings or impervious surfaces such as roadways, sidewalks, and parking areas.
(B) The remaining 35% of the site shall be reserved for uses such as open space, natural areas, outdoor recreation areas including but not limited to golf courses, tennis courts, and swimming pools, or unimproved areas.
