§ 153.048 FINAL APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS.

   In order to receive final approval, the subdivider must present the following to the County Commissioners:

   (A)   A letter, approved by the county Highway Engineer, Plan Commission, or other approved representative of the Commission, showing that 70% of the subdivision lots have been developed; and

   (B)   A letter from the county Highway Engineer that the right-of-way is complete and meets county standards.
