(A) Upon receiving primary approval, the subdivider shall prepare and submit a plat to the staff of the Plan Commission for secondary approval (I.C. 36-7-4-710(a)).
(B) Secondary approval shall be granted only after it has been determined that all improvements and installations have been constructed and completed as required in this title or that a bond for these improvements and installations has been posted.
(C) Prior to receiving secondary approval, the secondary plat must be signed by the Commission granting its acceptance of the dedication of any new public rights-of-way indicated on the plat.
(D) The secondary plat must be signed by the officials designated by this title prior to being recorded.
