§ 153.025  PLAN COMMISSION; PRELIMINARY REVIEW.
   The Plan Commission shall review the request for primary approval of a subdivision plat at a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting.  After review, the Plan Commission shall render a decision at the next scheduled Plan Commission meeting.
