§ 153.006  ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTROL.
   No plat or re-plat of a subdivision of land located within the jurisdiction of the Commission shall be recorded until it shall have been approved by the Commission, and the approval shall have been entered in writing on the plat by the officials so designated by this title (I.C. 36-7-4-710(d)).
