§ 151.79 VIOLATIONS.

   A person who does any of the following shall be subject to the same fines, penalties, and/or remedies as provided by §§ 150.15 through 150.21:

   (A)   Remains in, uses, or enters a building in violation of an order made under this subchapter;

   (B)   Knowingly interferes with or delays the carrying out of an order made under this subchapter;

   (C)   Knowingly obstructs, damages, or interferes with persons engaged or property used in performing any work or duty under this subchapter; or

   (D)   Fails to comply with I.C. 36-7-9-27 (incorporated herein by reference).
