(A) Single-family homes. Fees do not include attached or detached garages when constructed with the new residence.
(1) From 960 square feet to 2,500 square feet: $.43 per square foot ($1,075 maximum).
(2) From 2,501 square feet to 5,000 square feet: $.45 per square foot ($2,200 maximum, including the first 2,500 square feet).
(3) Over 5,000 square feet: $.50 per square foot.
(B) Attached garage. $.15 per square foot ($25 minimum).
(C) Multi-family units. Same as single-family home fees on total square footage, plus $50 per unit for all units over one.
(D) Alterations, repairs, or additions. To all homes or lived-in structures: $.43 per square foot ($50 minimum).
(E) Commercial and industrial. Will not be inspected other than site location.
(1) From zero to 1,500 square feet: $100.
(2) Fifteen dollars per square foot thereafter, with a maximum of $750.
(F) Detached garage or accessory buildings, without electricity.
(1) From 145 square feet to 500 square feet: $30;
(2) From 501 square feet to 1,000 square feet: $45;
(3) From 1,001 square feet to 5,000 square feet: $70; and
(4) From 5,001 square feet and over: $100.
(G) Detached garage or accessory buildings, with electricity.
(1) From 145 square feet to 500 square feet: $45;
(2) From 501 square feet to 1,000 square feet: $60;
(3) From 1,001 square feet to 5,000 square feet: $95; and
(4) From 5,001 square feet and over: $140.
(H) Other inspections required for post-frame buildings (pole barns).
(1) Other inspections may be required at the discretion of the Building Inspector.
(2) Any wiring or plumbing that is installed, prior to the covering of walls or floors.
(3) Any post frame or detached garage used for living quarters will require a single-family home permit and be inspected as such.
(I) Open decks. $30.
(J) Enclosed decks or porches. Without footings: $45.
(K) Re-roof and re-side. $20.
(L) Wood-burning stoves and fireplaces. Per flue: $15.
(M) Mobile home placement. $150.
(N) Water heaters. $15.
(O) Lawn sprinkling systems, residential or commercial. Each lawn sprinkler system on any one meter including backflow protection devices thereof: $20.
(P) Air conditioners replacement inspection. $15.
(Q) Electrical upgrades, residential only.
(1) Up to 200 amps: $30;
(2) From 201 amps and over: $45; or
(3) Change box on existing service, no upgrade: $15.
(R) In-ground pool. Must be fenced with a 42-inch security fence: $25.
(S) Signs and billboards.
(1) From 0 to 25 square feet: $15;
(2) From 26 to 100 square feet: $20;
(3) From 101 to 350 square feet: $50; or
(4) From 351 square feet and over: $75.
(T) Towers and site improvement.
(1) Per tower: $100; or
(2) Per each locator on existing tower: $50.
(U) Driveways. $25.
(V) Each re-inspection fee. $25.
(W) Each additional final inspection. $50.
(X) Solar panels. $125 per 10 KW, plus additional $25 per each additional 10 KW at same site.
