§ 32.021  EXTENSION BOARD AND EXTENSION COUNCIL.
   (A)   The two basic groups in the county Extension Organization are the county Extension Board and the county Extension Advisory Council.  The Extension Board is the decision making body of the overall Extension Organization in the county.  The Advisory Council is a voluntary organization of local people, widely representative of the citizens of the county, and elects the county Extension Board.
   (B)   The county recognizes that these two  groups are governed by their own bylaws which address areas of responsibility and programs.
