§ 150.18  ENFORCEMENT; INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.
   (A)   The county, the Board of Zoning Appeals, or the Zoning Administrator may bring an action against any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity for the following:
      (1)   An injunction to restrain the violation of any part or provision of this title; or
      (2)   A mandatory injunction directing the removal of any structure erected in violation of any part or provision of this title.
   (B)   If any action as in division (A) above is successful and injunctive relief is granted, then the judgment may also award the county, the Board of Zoning Appeals, or the Zoning Administrator, costs of the action, including attorney’s fees, and fines as assessed or determined by the court as provided by this title for violation thereof.
