(A) A person or persons, firm, partnership, corporation, or any other entity that violates, or permits or assists in the violation of any part or provision of this title, may be fined, and the county may recover a judgment, plus attorney’s fees, in the amount of any fine thus imposed against any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity found to have violated this title.

(B) All fines or fees thus collected on behalf of or for the enforcement of this title shall be deposited in the Unsafe Building Fund established by the County Board of Commissioners.
