(A) The Board of Zoning Appeals is the appeals body to which any individual, corporation, or entity may appeal a decision or stay an order of the Zoning Administrator and Building Commissioner.
(B) (1) The BZA will adopt rules and procedures governing hearings in these matters and the time periods in which the appeals may be undertaken.
(2) The BZA may approve, amend, or reverse any decision of the Zoning Administrator and Building Commissioner, to include the imposition of any fine provided by this title.
