§ 150.04  RULES.
   (A)   For the purpose of this title, the following rules shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different usage.
      (1)   Words used in the present tense shall include the future tense.  Words used in the singular number shall include the plural number, and the plural the singular.
      (2)   All measured distances shall be to the nearest integral foot.  If a fraction is one-half or less, the integral foot next below shall be taken.
      (3)   Parenthetical words or statements are integral parts of the definitions in which they are located.
   (B)   For the purpose of this title, the following definitions and usages shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      BUILDING.  Includes all other structures of every kind regardless of similarity to buildings.
      LOT.  Includes the words “tract” and “parcel.”
      MAY.  The act referred to is permissive.
      PERSON.  Includes a corporation, firm, partnership, or similar group, as well as an individual.
      SHALL.  The act referred to is mandatory, not discretionary.
      USED FOR.  Includes the phrases “arranged for,” “intended for,” “maintained for,” and “occupied for.”
   (C)   Any words not defined in § 150.05 shall be construed in their general accepted meaning as defined by Webster’s Dictionary.
   (D)   Generally, words used in this title are intended to have their common and ordinary meanings, unless more specifically defined.
