§ 130.18  HIGHWAY EXCEPTION.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit the possession or transportation of firearms on highways currently defined in I.C. 8-23-1-23, or public highways, as defined in I.C. 8-2.1-17-14.
