§ 130.16 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   DEADLY WEAPON. Any weapon that is defined in I.C. 35-41-1-8, to include:

      (1)   Any firearm;

      (2)   Any knife;

      (3)   Any stun gun or lazar;

      (4)   Any explosive devise or material;

      (5)   Any chemical spray;

      (6)   Any object or material capable of being used as a dangerous deadly weapon.
