The regulations of the state Department of Health located at 410 I.A.C. 7-20 et seq., entitled Retail Food Establishment Sanitation Requirements, and 410 I.A.C. 7-15.5 et seq., entitled Bed and Breakfast Establishments, as amended from time to time, and as promulgated by the state Department of Health, are hereby incorporated and adopted by reference.
