For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ABANDONED or JUNK VEHICLES. All the conditions as described in I.C. 9-13-2-1 and the same is adopted herein.
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. Any officer or agent of the LaPorte County Sheriff’s Department.
VEHICLE. Any land, air or water vehicles which can be used for towing or transporting people
or materials, including but not limited to automobiles, trucks, buses, motor homes, motorized campers, motorcycles, motor scooters, trailers, mobile homes, snowmobiles, dune buggies, boats, airplanes and gliders.
