(A) Employees will be reimbursed for all actual mileage when required to drive a personal vehicle to conduct authorized and assigned county business. Private automobile mileage will be reimbursed at a rate as established by the State Legislature.
(B) The County Sheriff shall be governed by mileage procedures set forth in I.C. 36-2-7-4.
(C) A completed mileage claim form, including actual odometer readings, must be submitted to receive reimbursement.
