§ 31.05  BOND REQUIRED.
   (A)   All county employees and commission members required to post an individual surety bond for the faithful performance of their duties are authorized to be included within the coverage of a blanket surety bond.
   (B)   Bonds in the amount of $15,000 each are approved for the Sheriff and Captain(s).
   (C)   All other individual surety bonds shall be approved by the Board of Commissioners.
