§ 31.04  BUILDING INSPECTOR AND BUILDING COMMISSIONER.
   (A)   The Building Commissioner shall be responsible for ensuring the enforcement of county zoning ordinances, building standards, and compliance with related planning requirements.
   (B)   The Building Commissioner approves and issues building permits and serves as Secretary to the Plan Commission of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
   (C)   The Building Inspector and Building Commissioner shall carry out all other duties and responsibilities approved by applicable state and local laws.
