§ 94.01  ADOPTION OF STATE LAW BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   All laws of the State of Indiana pertaining to: the regulation or control of animals, concerning their ownership, licensing, harboring, abandonment, running at large, rabies control and quarantine, pursuit, capture, confinement, impoundment, the prevention and control of disease of domestic animals and/or livestock animals as defined, and; the administrative rules and regulations of the Indiana State Board of Health, and unlawful acts relating thereto not inconsistent herewith are made a part hereof by reference.
   (B)   The provisions of this chapter are not to replace such laws and regulations, but are to be considered supplementary and in addition thereto, and shall be fully enforceable where not inconsistent with the laws of the State of Indiana.
