No person, except law enforcement officers in the line of duty, shall have or carry any gun, pistol, switchblade, knife, dagger, metal knuckles, chain, slingshot, blowgun, any lethal instrument, any harmful solid, liquid, aqueous, effervescent, or gaseous substance, or other dangerous weapon concealed on or about his or her person while within a park.
