§ 93.51  VEHICLE TYPES; PERMISSION TO OPERATE.
   (A)   No person shall operate or cause to be operated any motor vehicle anywhere that is not licensed or permitted to be operated on the roads, streets, and highways of the state without written permission of the Superintendent, and then only in those areas so designated for those purposes.  Vehicles not so licensed, and therefore subject to the provisions of this chapter, include but are not limited to snowmobiles, go-carts, trail bikes, and other all- terrain off-road vehicles.  Before any of these vehicles can be operated within a park operated by the county Parks Department, a waiver of liability form must be filled out by the owner and operator of the vehicle.
   (B)   No person who is the owner or operator of a vehicle shall operate, or cause or permit the vehicle to be operated within the park unless the vehicle or conveyance displays the distinctive number and registration marks required under the state Vehicle Code, I.C. 9-21-1 et seq.
