(A) Unless authorized by the Superintendent, no person shall injure, deface, disturb, defoul, or remove any part of the park or any building, sign, equipment, or other property found therein.
(B) No person shall throw, cast, drag, push, or deposit any refuse container, picnic table, barricade, or any other moveable or nonmoveable property into any lake, pond, slough, stream, or lagoon, or upon the frozen waters thereof, or otherwise render it unavailable to the general public for its intended use, cause a hazard to public safety, or damage the property.
