(A) The Commissioners meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. and on the third Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., throughout the year, except for January, which will be at 10:00 a.m. for both meetings.
(B) Meetings will be held at the LaPorte County Annex and Security Complex, meeting room number 3, lobby level.
(C) Special meetings or short sessions of the Board of Commissioners shall be called pursuant to the applicable state law.
