§ 50.06  ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The enforcement of this subchapter shall be by the county Health Officer.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the County Prosecuting Attorney, to whom the county Health Officer shall report any violations of the provisions of this subchapter, to cause proceedings to be commenced against the person violating the provisions of this subchapter and to prosecute to final termination.
