§ 50.05  SERVICE CHARGE; HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   Service charges are subject to the provisions of I.C. 36-9-25-11, which provides for the County Board of Commissioners, from time to time, to set reasonable service charges after notice and hearing thereon. 
   (B)   The hours of operation of landfills shall be set from time to time by the County Board of Commissioners.
