The initial license and annual renewal fees for sexually oriented business licenses and sexually oriented business employee licenses shall be as follows: $1,000 for the initial and annual renewal fee for a sexually oriented business license; $100 for the initial and annual renewal fee for a sexually oriented business employee license.
