§ 112.09 EXEMPTIONS.

The following will be exempt from this chapter: any organization designated a federal 501(c), any organization or business who receives 100% of their merchandise for resale from donation, auto resellers, any business operating solely as a towing and or recovery service, and farm implement resellers.
