§ 112.01  APPLICABILITY.
   This chapter applies to any person who owns, operates, or otherwise acts as a precious and or valuable metals dealer, scrapyard, scrap metal dealer, pawnshop, and or a secondhand retailer in accordance with such terms as defined below.
