§ 39.16  COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COUNCIL: OFFICERS.
   The Advisory Council shall have a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman, and a Recording Secretary. The Advisory Council shall elect these officers for one year terms.
