§ 37.82  CABLE AND PIPELINE PERMITS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.
   (A)   The county highway cable and pipeline permits shall be subject to cancellation by the Board of Commissioners for any of the following reasons:
      (1)   For failing to abide by specifications of the first blueprint or sketch accepted and approved by the county Inspector for County Commissioner approval;
      (2)   For making specification changes not approved by the Inspector;
      (3)   For failing to notify the Inspector when construction starts on any one permit;
      (4)   For failing to remove piles of dirt in a reasonable amount of time; or
      (5)   For failing to provide flares and warning signs at all obstacles and vehicles on the road beds.
   (B)   All cancellations must be renewed before new construction begins.
