§ 34.112 PENALTIES FOR FALSE, DECEPTIVE, OR FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS/INFORMATION.

Any bidder that willfully makes, or willfully causes to be made, a false, deceptive or fraudulent statement, or willfully submits false, deceptive or fraudulent information in connection with any submission made to the county shall be disqualified from bidding on all county projects for a period of three years.
