§ 37.77  HOUSE MOVING; PERMITS AND BONDING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to move a building or portions of a building, other than mobile homes, on or across a county road without first obtaining a permit from the County Highway Supervisor and a resolution from the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   The firm or person seeking permission to move a building or portion thereof shall be required to post a bond with the county in the minimum amount of $5,000 to cover any road damage.
   (C)   (1)   The County Highway Supervisor is authorized to establish additional rules and regulations for the moving of buildings upon or across county highways and file those rules and regulations with the Board for review and approval. 
      (2)   Two copies of additional regulations shall be available for public inspection during regular business hours, one in the County Auditor’s office and one in the County Highway Supervisor’s office.
