      (1)   However, if a patron fails to return for reading, then $5 will be charged if that patron requests a second test.
      (2)   The $5 charge will also be applied if a parent fails to bring his or her child for a reading as scheduled, but then re-schedules for a second TB test.
   (F)   Fees for combined immunization and TB services:  $1.
   (G)   Blood pressure screening:  No charge.
   (H)   No one will be refused services because of the lack of ability to pay.
