§ 37.32  ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
   The Board of Health having jurisdiction may charge a service fee not in excess of the cost for providing to any person the following services:
   (A)   For services provided in the inspection of public eating and drinking establishments, retail food markets, itinerant food stands, and semi-public food service establishments to obtain a permit for license for food markets and eating and drinking establishments as required by County Ordinance Number 102-103.
   (B)   For on-site wastewater disposal permit:

   (E)    For on-site wastewater disposal survey, prior to issuing of an on-site wastewater permit  (examining test hole, topography, distance to neighboring wells, and the like):  $10.
   (F)   For mortgage surveys, required to secure FHA/VA mortgage loans.  Requires affidavits, hold harmless, and request for a walkover or full inspection of existing system be signed by seller and buyer.  (Noting the distance from house, well, neighboring wells, lot lines, bodies of water, and the like):  $40.
