In the event that a taxpayer has misplaced his or her statement of current taxes, delinquent taxes, and special assessments and then attempts payment of taxes due and owing without the statement, thereby necessitating the printing of a new statement, the County Treasurer is authorized to collect a service reproduction fee of $1.50 per statement printed.
