§ 37.16 REAL PROPERTY ENDORSEMENT FEE.

The County Auditor is authorized to collect a $3 fee for each real property endorsement which the Auditor makes. This fee is in addition to any other fee which may be provided for by law, and the Auditor shall place the revenue received from these fees in the dedicated fund for use in maintaining plat books housed within the Auditor’s Office.
